Any good that is purchased from Amazon via the internet is governed by Article 2 of the UCC. Buying a CD from this site would constitute buying a good. When the Amazon site puts a good up for sale then they are making an offer and when a person agrees to buy that good they are accepting that offer. I also had an obligation in the performance and enforcement of the contract by being obligated to pay for it. As long as I did my part and the merchant did their part then no breach to the contract could be claimed in the acquisition of my goods.
